Description

  • A myofascial protocol to lengthen and rebalance the entire body,**
  • Embodied mindfulness practice to help you be more present and responsive**
  • Excellence in body mechanics to help you practice with more power and grace**

Restoring Intrinsic Balance

There is a natural balanced pattern to the entire body characterized by length, strength, and ease of movement. It just doesn’t make sense to say our bodies are naturally twisted, compressed and restricted.

The MIPAWORK protocol releases whole-body restrictions and compensatory patterns, and brings the body back into its natural length, strength, and grace.

Teaching Method

The teaching methodology offers a balanced approach of instruction, hands-on practice, and one-to-one mentorship with the instructor. In a nutshell, the teacher offers instructions, students practice the instructions in real time, and then refine their technique with personal guidance from the instructor.

This classic way of learning – instruction, practice, and refinement – is the hallmark of all our workshops, and is the best way we know to help you have a transformative learning experience.
