Description

Pelvic pain and dysfunction often underlay many of the conditions we see daily in our practice, yet these may be the symptoms your clients are least likely to discuss with you. Come join pelvic health physiotherapists Erika Burger and Sonya Malcolm, and registered massage therapist, Denise Pelkey, as they help you to understand pelvic health and dysfunction from both a pelvic physiotherapy and therapeutic massage point of view.

The course will take place over two days and will involve many hands-on techniques, using external approaches, that you can easily incorporate into your practice which give you new tools and a new understanding of how to help your clients find relief. This course will also enhance your ability to work with pelvic physiotherapists effectively both within your own clinic environment or in the community.

On the final afternoon of the course, we will have real clients who are experiencing pelvic pain and dysfunction, allowing you to use your newly acquired knowledge and techniques through history taking, assessment and treatment.
