Course content will include:

Theory – History of Reflexology, Observation, analysis of hands, anatomy & physiology of hands, when to use hand reflexology, reactions to and effects from treatment, common conditions to work with, contraindications Treatment practice, positioning etc., copying hand reflex areas from hand chart

Practical – Exercises for the hand, hand relaxation exercises, practical techniques for the routine.

Students to complete 20 hours of case studies but there is no examination.
