What Is MTWPAM ?

Our mission is to offer the highest professional standard of preventative and therapeutic health services to the public. MTWPAM aims to:

• Uphold professional standards and a
  Code of Ethics for its members.
• Provide a supportive framework for
  complimentary health care professions.
• Educate the public and health care community
  about the benefits of each modality
• Facilitate an interactive and communicative link between complimentary health care and medical communities.

Message From The President

The Massage Therapists and Wholisitc Practitioners’ Association of the Maritimes (MTWPAM) has been part of the wellness community since 1994. Since then, we have become the fastest growing Massage Associations in Eastern Canada. We offer clients our best education, with ongoing opportunities for learning and practicing our craft. By including diverse Wholisitc Practices, we give our clients what they need most.

MTWPAM is recognized by most insurance companies, and we’re working closely with them to provide our clients with the best possible service. As an Association, we offer our members an opportunity to excel at their chosen profession, with ongoing Continuing Education. We appreciate different modalities, and enjoy sharing our knowledge.

As we head into this new wave of taking personal responsibility for our wellbeing, it’s reassuring to know that under the hands of a Registered Massage Therapist from MTWPAM, there is a professional who will do their upmost to give the best possible service.
